BLACK PEPPER
Plant Origin: Madagascar, Egypt, India.
Action: May help with toothache, expectorant,
stimulates digestive secretions, reduces pain, and dispels
fever.
Traditional Uses: Pepper was used by the Egyptians
in mummification as evidenced by the discovery of black
pepper in the nostrils and abdomen of Ramses II. Indian
monks ate several black pepper corns a day to maintain
their incredible stamina and energy.
Other Uses: This oil may increase cellular oxygenation,
support digestive glands, stimulate endocrine system,
increase energy, and help rheumatoid arthritis. It may
also help with loss of appetite, chills, cholera, respiratory
infections, indigestion, constipation, coughs, diarrhea,
dysentery, dysuria, flatulence (when combined with fennel),
heartburn, influenza, nausea, neuralgia, poor circulation,
poor muscle tone, quinsy, sprains, toothache, vertigo,
viruses, and vomiting.
Application: Apply topically to bottom of feet.
Dilute with massage oil when applying topically elsewhere.
Add to food or water as a dietary supplement or flavouring
