ANIS SEED
Plant Origin: Turkey
Action: antiseptic, antispasmodic, diuretic and
stimulant
Indications: Stimulates digestion,
relieves cramps and reduces flatulence, helps flush the system
and it is a good expectorant, also used for coughs and
excessive phlegm in the chest.
Other Uses: for better sleep, severe sneezing
Application: Diffuse, or mix 5 drops of Anis oil
with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and apply as needed.
